Head Start is a Contact Management Resource (CRM) re-designed and available within the FileMaker landscape.
CRM Modules inlude: Accounts/Companies, Contacts, Estimates, Invoices, Expenses, Staff, To Do List, Notes, Document, Products, Projects...
Head Start can be customized to include other modules like Inventory
Features (most modules):
• Basic info in Detail or viewed in a list (less info)
• Notes (historical reference of notes made over time)
• Documents (a historical reference of related documents)
• Companies, Organizations or Groups you wish to track
Automatically create & relate records in other modues, including
• To Do
Track the People related to the Accounts:
Staff, Sales Reps...
Track independant persons:
Contacts need not be associated with other groups.
Invoices can be created for Contacts too (just like Accounts)
Product information is automatically added to a new Invoice line item when selected
Create Invoices for Accounts or Contacts:
The process will automatically create the invoice and enter data from the Account or Contact.
In the future, we envision many new workflow efficiencies with FileMaker's latest tools for integration and communications between other technologies, some of which are Open Source.
